Shiatsu in the Shower

Thou hast the sweetest face I ever look'd on.
Sir, as I have a soul, she is an angel;
Henry VIII

The shower is a wonderful place, you can step out a better person than when you step in. Keep a bottle of essential oil in the shower, try it a couple of times an you will see why. Right now I have grapefruit and sandalwood. When you begin to see steam, sprinkle a few drops around.
After you have dry skin brushed, and have The Beatles Abbey Road playing loudly, jump in and shampoo with Giovanni Organic Shampoo, the Tree Tea is very refreshing, then condition your hair with Replenishing Hair Mask.  Then apply Daily Renewal Peel  to your face, and let the enzymes work while you give yourself a shiatsu facial. Begin at the middle of the hairline, press for seven seconds and work around your face, until your fingers meet at your chin, then circle the eyes, and then the cheek bones. Press, hold, move, repeat. This takes about ten minutes but you are worth it, and your hair is being conditioned.
Scrub your face with Clarisonic. Then, take a generous amount of Sugar Scrub with Shea Butter  - the flower essences will turn your shower into a meadow, and your body into a bouquet. Scrub until transcendence is achieved. Rinsing is bittersweet, but there is always tomorrow.
The shiatsu facial is a habit that has cumulative effects, and remarkable results.
You look wonderful - with the money you have saved, have your portrait painted, buy season tickets to the opera, or adopt a pet.
