Quelques Fleurs Meditation

"Life is commensurate with the number of beautiful impressions that can be squeezed into it. Let us have as many as we can."
English Architect Ernest Grimson in letter to a client, 1907
The scent of all flowers and leaves is due to essential oil. In flowers that is known as attar. Put fragrant plants close to your house, so that when you walk outside you will easily catch their scent, Plant narrow beds to allow you walk close to the scented leaves and squeeze them, make low hedges of lavender, and raised beds to enjoy thickly planted cutting flowers.
Turn your shower into a scented garden. Sprinkle a generous amount of rose and jasmine essential oils on the floor of the shower. Dry skin brush, then in the shower lather up with Lemongrass Body Wash and mix it with Power Repair Salt Scrub, not missing an inch of your body with your loofah. Then spray all over with the light- as- fairy -wings Cocoa Butter Misting Skin Oil
Then sit comfortably, and  using your pinky finger, close your right nostril and breathe in through your left nostril. Do this five times then switch, and repeat the cycle several times or until you are ready to face the day. This balanced breath balances the energy in your body, and brings soothes the brain.
When you are done with the breath cycle, press the palms of your hands together  as in prayer. Joining the nerve endings joins the two sides of the brain, which is why hands in prayer is the same universally. Spray yourself Quelques Fleurs by Houbigant, created in 1912, and lightly spray your hair.
The day has been so elegant so far, keep it going by serving setting a table outdoors. A live string trio is always a nice touch, or maybe a classical guitar player.
Serve Prosecco and radishes with butter, and this sexy and simple recipe: Boil and drain angel hair pasta, top with a dollop of creme fraiche and a dollop of caviar, serve in low bowls.
Voila, as desirable as you are calm!
