Skin Cell Regeneration Meditation

Meditation helps the transition of the seasons, so does a  Liberty print blouse, suede ballet flats, and cropped pants.
Before sitting, wash your face with your Clarisonic and Super Salve Foaming Cleanser, happily peppermint and lemon scented, then massage Comfrey Lotion into your face, applying a bit of pressure, around the eye sockets, jawline, temples and cheeks, press for seven seconds, them move the fingers outward. Voila, shiatsu.
Comfrey has cell rejuvenating properties, and the most important ingredient allatoin. Allatoin is believed to be a cell proliferator and able to strengthen skin.
Now, sit comfortably, relax the root of your tongue, release the front of your throat, let your shoulder blades slide down your back, and use the breath to create space between each vertebrae. Close your eyes and breathe in, filling your lungs as though you were filling a vase with water.
Focus on sending your breath further down then it normally goes, and higher up your than it normally goes, breathing the ribs aways from the heart. Repeat this cycle five times, or until you feel your body and mind calm.
With the money you save knowing how to take care of yourself, consider planting a few rows of grapes, or replacing your draperies with lemon and lime trees in brass pots to brighten the winter.  

Happiness is a Fragrant Shower

A great shower is beautiful start to the day. Dry skin brush until your skin is rosy. In the shower, start with a generous amount of Body Nurish Organic Facial Coconut Cleansing Milk. It is so delicous and creamy, a large dollop feels like covering your face in coconut cake batter, in the best way possible. Use the Clarisonic face brush. Then scrub for a very long time with Coconut Sugar Scrub, the sugar and the coconut turn your shower into a vacation. You will be so happy, you can face anything.
It's Indian summer, so wear Superga sneakers in blue with a dress. And spray your legs with Cocoa Butter Misting Skin Oil.  This sprays on so light, it makes you think of angels on clouds. Or one particular angel in colored straight leg levis.
Outside, enjoy a peach with fresh coconut ice cream. Listen, do you hear harp music? Are those moths on the lawn or fairies dancing? Don't the dahlias make you think of someone's sweet face?

Facial Clarity, Beauty, and Lifting with Lymphatic Drainage

On the days when the fondue fork of life stabs you in the palm of your hand, when you open the mail box expecting a thank you note and a moth flies out, when your hourglass shaped bottle of eau-de-vie brandy is empty, save for the soaked pear you can't figure out how to retrieve, here is the cure.
Put on Brahms "Lullabye", or some Bach. When you sleep, beauty products are able to work more effectively. The purpose of sleep is repair.
The first step in this lovely routine is enjoy the Power Repair Facial Steam  - you will feel your day improving, as you experience the roses, lavender, and chamomile. Then massage Fruity Lift into your face. Here, either use cuppping or apply Power Repair Exfoliant, a healing mask. I apply it directly over the Fruity Lift, it seems to act as an accelerant. After the mask dries, shower to wash away the cares of the day.
In the shower, wash with Power Repair on your Clarisonic Brush. Out of the shower, apply the Power Repair Toner, the smell is divine, and it calms the skin. Then apply a generous amount of Power Repair Vitamin C Solution. If I were ever only allowed one beauty product on earth, this would be it.
Applying this cools, clarifies, and brightens your skin. I apply another layer of Vitamin C, then Power Repair Cream. Sometimes I apply the eye cream with Clarisonic Opal, for deeper product penetration.
A generous amount lets it work as a mask while you sleep. The vitamin C moves lymph for a more contoured face, you wake up clear and radiant.
Vitamin C Solution over a clean and exfoliated face is my favorite facial, home or salon.

Perfectly Healthy Shiny Hair

Perfect hair is the perfect accessory. Once a week, use a clarifying shampoo followed by your regular shampoo. In your shampoo, put a couple drops of your favorite essential oil, this week I have been using geranium. Leave it in your hair for several minutes, while you use Power Repair Skin Cleanser on your Clarisonic brush. The gentle brush helps move lymph. Rinse your hair, then take a dropper full of Organic Herbal Hair and Scalp Treatment massage into hair, then apply your favorite hair mask over it. I like Kerastase, and the oil stretches the expensive mask and enhances the results.
