Facial Steam for an Organic Facelift

Power Repair's Facial Steam is a an important step in cleansing the pores, flushing out toxins, accelerating cell regeneration, and hydrating the skin. 1. Steam Pour boiling water into a bowl, with a genrous amount of Facial Steam. Maybe to the flowers add some drops of lavender oil. The latin word root is laver, to clean. In French Lavage is to clean.
Think about that as you breathe in the steam with a towel forming a tent over your head.
2.Cold water splash This is toning and helps flush out toxins. If you don't have melted snow handy, put a bowl of water in the freezer before your set up for this.
3. Fingertip Circles Take a bit  of lavender or geranium oil and apply it all over your face with small circular massage movements, working it in to areas that need attention.
4. Finger Drainage Movements Place your index fingers flat together in the middle of your forehead, and slowly push outward to the sides of the face. Repeat over the cheeks and finally the chin.
These movements encourage toxins to come out of the tissues.

Comfrey Promotes Cell Regeneration

Comfrey leaf is a popular folk herb traditionally used topically to promote healing of wounds. Allantoin is a compound found in this herb. It stimulates healthy tissue formation and is widely used in body care products for its skin-soothing and softening properties. Cosmetic experts have studied comfrey leaf and have found that it promotes cell regeneration.

Comfrey Bath Tea Bag
Comfrey grows wild in may places, and can be found in many herbal shops, along with muslin tea bags.
Pull a ribbon through the neck of the muslin bag, and tie. Attach the bag tie to the water spout in your bathtub and arrange it so the bath bag gets wet as you let in the water. Or you could just play with it in the water for a few minutes so the essence of the herbs dissolves into the water.
Bach Brandenburg Concerto is good for a bath, so is a soothing Herbal Jelly Face Mask. PG Wodehouse is great to read  in the bath, if you don't mind laughing out loud.

On the days when the fondue fork of life stabs you in the palm of your hand, when you open the mail box expecting a thank you note and a moth flies out, when your hourglass shaped bottle of eau-de-vie brandy is empty, save for the soaked pear you can't figure out how to retrieve, here is the cure.
Put on Brahms "Lullabye", or some Bach. When you sleep, beauty products are able to work more effectively. The purpose of sleep is repair.
The first step in this lovely routine is enjoy the Power Repair Facial Steam  - you will feel your day improving, as you experience the roses, lavender, and chamomile. Then massage Fruity Lift into your face. Here, either use cuppping or apply Power Repair Exfoliant, a healing mask. I apply it directly over the Fruity Lift, it seems to act as an accelerant. After the mask dries, shower to wash away the cares of the day.
In the shower, wash with Power Repair on your Clarisonic Brush. Out of the shower, apply the Power Repair Toner, the smell is divine, and it calms the skin. Then apply a generous amount of Power Repair Vitamin C Solution. If I were ever only allowed one beauty product on earth, this would be it.
Applying this cools, clarifies, and brightens your skin. I apply another layer of Vitamin C, then Power Repair Cream. Sometimes I apply the eye cream with Clarisonic Opal, for deeper product penetration.
A generous amount lets it work as a mask while you sleep. The vitamin C moves lymph for a more contoured face, you wake up clear and radiant.
Vitamin C Solution over a clean and exfoliated face is my favorite facial, home or salon.
