Our bodies contain over 80% water, it bathes our cells, and our kidneys use it to clean away the toxins we accumulate. And doesn't it look a lot like gin!
Without water, kidneys have a tougher time eliminating fizzy drinks and caffeine.
If you are not used to drinking a lot of water, start with a small amount and gradually increase. If you suddenly increase your intake, you will find it is eliminated quickly. If you gradually increase the quantity, your body will have the chance to absorb it and make use of it.
So drink - we have the best tap water in the world, right here in Washington State. It helps cells push out fat, and keeps you radiant.
Scare your co workers by keeping you water in last weeks' gin bottle, but increase your water intake.
